At Ocean Boulevard, Alexandra Headland accommodation, we have everything you could possibly want for a romantic holiday – as well as lots of sun and the fabulous Pacific Ocean on your doorstep.

The units in Ocean Boulevard are all single bedroom, so the proprietors target couples predominantly, so every one has a quiet and enjoyable stay. The view from the roof is magnificent, but you have your own view from the balcony. Useful tip: the balconies get smaller the further back your unit, so larger ones are nearer the front. The pool is round the back, so nice and quiet and away from the eyes of passers by, and it has a spa. There is a walkway/promenade along the beach from Mooloolaba to Maroochydore, so plenty of scope for walks. If you’re a serious walker, the hinterland is only a short drive and the hosts (Charli and Daniel) will happily advise where is best to go. Also very handy for the shopper with it taking less than 5 minutes drive to the Sunshine Plaza, and when you get back you can park your car underground out of the blaring sun, and get a lift up to your floor direct from the basement. Restaurants nearby are plentiful. I can recommend Sangs (100m to your left from the property) for Asian food, and the French patisserie two doors down for coffee and croissants! If you need a rest the double-glazing shields out the road noise, and then the Foxtel channels keep you entertained. The Alex surf club is also just 100m down the road on the beachfront. I loved being so close to the beach, at quite a reasonable price too!

Really close to the Surf Lifesaving Club for meals and drinks, plus other restaurants along the esplanade. Lovely walking tracks along the beach line and great views of the coastline. The apartment was well equipped and roomy. Would stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights over the long weekend and loved it. We were on the first floor overlooking the ocean… amazing view and perfect to watch the sunrise/sunset. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Full kitchen, laundry, 2 TV’s, large balcony and large bedroom. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Beach just across the road, within 5-10 minute walk are restaurants, bottle shop and corner store. Highly recommend the Indian next door… YUM!! Definitely visit again!

“I have just returned from an incredible 5 nights at Ocean Boulevard.
This was my tenth stay in 5 years, and was easily the best. The apartments and facilities and the property in general have never looked better under the stewardship of the brilliant Charli and Dan. They go the extra mile with their hospitality to make this a true home away from home. The rooms are immaculate and I am a very fussy guest when it comes to cleanliness.
Having stayed at all the other premium resorts in Alex over the last 20 years, I am well qualified to say that Ocean Boulevard is the best accommodation in Alexandra Headland for value for money, cleanliness and service.

We had a fantastic time. Amazing view and clean, comfortable rooms. Location location location. 😀 I would highly recommend oceans boulevard for any short or long term travellers as the spacious units are fully self contained.

Great location. Walking distance to most shops , cafes and places to eat. Beautiful views of the ocean . Very clean and every thing you needed in the appartments.Nice comfortable bed. Very relaxing down in the pool especially the spa .Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

The unit was perfect for the two of us to recuperate and have a holiday at the same time.
The beach is a stones throw away so my daughter visited there daily. The heated spa & pool on the grounds were wonderful for her to do some rehab swims.
I do wish the units had a handheld vacuum and an oven – however it didn’t detract from our visit and the fact that we were comfortable and had plenty of room to hangout.
Would definitely stay here again!!”

“Have stayed at O B for several years and will keep going back. Units are all a couple could want. Close to the road but also close to the beach. Well appointed and clean as a new pin. Great sunny balconies, just what southerners want. New managers, Charli and Dan, are a pleasant, hard working couple who will do everything they can to make your stay special. Minimarts and a range of eating places are within walking distance. The beach over the road is flat, wide and clean. Great for walking. Patrolled beach is about 200 m away. What more could you ask.”

A great place to relax in peace and quiet and still watch the surf roll inout front and a nature reserve park behind wit many water birds and a pair of black swans wit their young.Easy walking distance to the surf club and patrolled beach, and club style meals upstairs and coffee area facing the beach on ground level. Many other dining and takeaway options very close.

“Used ‘lastminute’ to book the room, chose a top floor apartment, Room 32. Very good beach views. (No oven or dishwasher but that’s not a huge negative). Rood was in very good condition, no obvious worn carpets/taps. The leather lounge didn’t seem very old at all, very comfy.
Room itself was very clean and comfortable and good use of space and seating etc.
The tariff I felt was a tad expensive but would stay there again if was able to get a better rate.
Very friendly check in staff with nice garden walkway.
Each unit gets it’s own car space which is an awesome feature too.”

We enjoyed our time here. Staff very helpful and room ideal for a couple. Well situated between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba with Noosa a 30-minute drive away. Good eateries and coffee within walking distance and beach across the road.

Had a 5 night stay. Great location & view of the ocean, good amenities & lovely 1 bedroom apartment. Price was very reasonable for the time of year. Only has 1 bedroom apartments so great for couples, pool not full of kids. Alexandra Headland is a great location. Would certinally recommend.

Great place to stay. Good ocean views and handy to restaurants and clubs. Half way between both areas haves stayed at hotel several times over the years and always enjoyed the hospitality.. There are great restaurants all around do not lacking anything.. Great bakery , fish n chips. For light dining.

My husband and I stayed here for unfortunately only 1 night but the apartment we had was well appointed,nice views of the water and close to most amenities.It was a walk across the road to the beach but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow for a swim.My husband was looking forward to a surf but made do with a swim in the pool.
